Preview / Visit Pages

The Visit/Preview Page feature allows admins to preview content prior to launching on the website. This feature is available on the primary pages tab by selecting the three dot menu on any page’s card. It is also available on each individual page by selecting the three dot menu on top of the page next to the SAVE button.

Deleting Pages

The Delete feature allows admins to delete pages no longer needed or to disable pages under construction. This feature is available on the primary pages tab by selecting the three dot menu on any page’s card. It is also available on each individual page by selecting the three dot menu on top of the page next to the SAVE button.

Restoring Pages

The Restore feature brings back pages that have been deleted previously. This feature can be accessed on the Pages tab by selecting the filter icon and selecting Show Deleted. The page is restored to its previous state.

Duplicating Pages

The Duplicate Page feature makes an exact copy of a page. The only exception is that the Page URL is not copied as it is unique for each web page. The Duplicate Page feature is a way to keep consistency between similar sections such as district, events, or calendar announcements.
