Group Reports

Group reports are useful for downloading a list of user accounts. There are two reports available in this section:
- Groups - Excel, All
- Groups - Excel, Just with Credit
While both of these reports includes a column for Credit - any amount in this column indicates available credit on the user's account - the "Just with Credit" report lists only accounts with credit. This is useful for identifying users that may need Refunds or Convenience fees applied.
