  • End User Manual - For your units and families using the system to register for events or book facilities.
  • Support Desk - Trackable ticket submission system. Use the form below or email support@tentaroo.com to create a ticket. We promptly respond to new requests.
  • Online Video Training - Unlimited and free video conference calls for council staff. Schedule training with us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 
  • Office Hours - Video conference support without appointments, held most Tuesdays & Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM EST.
  • Online Chat - NEW! Available at the new admin manual website on the bottom right of every page (when online).
