Tentaroo supports purchasing products as a part of event registrations. Here are some of the great features of our product sales system:

  • Sold as part of the Numbers Wizard for Numbers events or a Products Wizard for either Numbers or Names events.
  • Products are always associated with an event type. If you wish to sell products not associated with an event type, take a look at Product Sales in Form Builder.
  • Product sales can be limited to administrators.
  • Products must always be paid in full by the user at time of purchase - admins can still complete the order without payment.
  • To remove or reduce the quantity of a finalized product purchase, delete the initial order, then add a new order with the correct quantity. The new order will be paid for with money previously applied to the products and the remaining credit will be added to the user's account as available credit.
  • To increase number of products purchased by a user, add the additional products to the cart and checkout.





CHECKOUT IS THE FINAL STEP - Remember that nothing is finalized until you check out of the shopping cart. All registrations/classes/options will be verified upon submitting an order in the shopping cart.
