Managing Past Registrations

Occasionally, groups will wait to pay at the event, or walk-ins will arrive unannounced and pay for participation at check-in. Tracking those payments and participants in Tentaroo is easy and will reflect in your online records for that event - a boon to the council and to the group as the records are all in one place.
To register a walk-in participant, login as an admin and find the group's account. Go to Events, and click on Past. Unlike the users, who can only see their past Event Types in this section, admins can see the full list of past Events from the last 12 months for just such occasions. You can scroll through the list or use the magnifying glass to search for the specific Event. Click on the Event Type, then click on PAST and select the specific Event.
To make a payment for a registered group, add the payment amount to the cart, select the payment type "At Council / Other," enter the receipt number and note* that they paid at the event, and checkout.
To register walk-in participants, click register, add the participant(s) like normal and apply the "At Council / Other" payment with notes* that they were a walk-in and paid at the event.
*Detailed notes in the orders help track payment and adjustment histories in the future. Recommended notes include the reason for the adjustment, the amount and method of payments, and the admin who posted the changes.
This also applies if no payment is due.
