Credit Card Logos for Form Builder

The Form Builder automatically displays its default credit card logos for Visa, MasterCard, and Discover on the payment screen. Many councils additionally accept American Express, which is supported in forms as a payment method but the logo does not update. Other councils may not take all of the default three, so we have created code which can be pasted after the form code in the Embed Form box on the Page Editor.

Forms do not currently accept eChecks, so that logo is not included in these options.
